The fee covers:

• Participation in the conference
• Conference materials and personal badge
• Welcome reception
• Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• Abstract book (online)
• Conference dinner.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please submit any requests for changes or cancellations regarding registration fees and social events in writing to timecrystals@uj.edu.pl. A full refund for registration fees minus the banking charges, will be issued for cancellations received by July 31st, 2023. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date.
